- Payment and Identity Verification: To coordinate payments for work performed or to charge for services, authorized third parties collect financial data, including bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and government IDs (e.g., driver's license or passport). We do not store full credit card numbers directly.

- Communication Services: We facilitate contact between Employers and Job Seekers through our platform.

- Promotions: We use your activity data to improve our ad targeting and measurement.
- Fraud Prevention: We use device and activity data to detect and resolve fraud, security concerns, or spam.
- Legal Compliance: We process data to comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your Personal Data only as described below. We do not sell your Personal Data in the traditional sense.
- With Customers (Employers): When you apply for a job or set your profile to "Employers can find you," we share your resume, profile, and application data with Employers.

- Corporate Transactions: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity.
