Requirements
• Previous experience operating Waterjet, Laser, or CNC machinery
• Ability to safely set up and operate production equipment
• Knowledge of G-Code and CNC machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Duties
• Set up and operate Waterjet Laser and/or CNC machines
• Load and unload materials onto production equipment
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Machine parts to tight tolerances
• Deburr, drill, tap, and countersink finished components
• Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
• Maintain the quality of fabricated parts and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do
As a WaterJet Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
