Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our shipping and receiving team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and ensuring accurate inventory handling. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) safely and efficientlyLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipmentsVerify shipment accuracy against packing slips, invoices, and purchase ordersMove, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locationsPrepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labelingInspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsFollow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policiesKeep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazardsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping/receiving goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)1–3 years of forklift experience in a warehouse settingValid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systemsAbility to read and interpret shipping documentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable with a strong work ethic
