Warehouse/Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies. • Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels. • Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. RequirementsRequirements: • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems). • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
