Position The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse documentation, and ensuring all materials are received, stored, transferred, and tracked with a high level of accuracy. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily warehouse operations.Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming inventory and materials according to company procedures.
• Organize, file, and maintain inventory documentation, receiving records, transfer paperwork, and supporting documentation in both electronic and paper filing systems.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual inventories; compare findings with system records and investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all transactions are entered promptly and correctly into inventory management systems.
• Replenish warehouse stock as needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated warehouse locations for easy identification and retrieval.
• Coordinate and schedule the movement of materials between warehouse locations, job sites, and departments while maintaining complete documentation.
• Prepare materials for delivery and ensure transfers are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Work closely with shop mechanics and operations personnel to ensure materials, parts, labor, and equipment costs are accurately allocated to the appropriate projects and cost centers.
• Monitor inventory usage, identify trends, and proactively communicate shortages, overstock situations, or discrepancies.
• Assist in developing and improving warehouse organization, inventory control procedures, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor inventory-related expenditures and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse storage and filing systems at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, inventory controls, and safety policies.
• Troubleshoot routine inventory or equipment issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of warehouse and operational functions.

Education
• High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
• Minimum of six months of warehouse, inventory control, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience required.
