Job Summary Warehouse Operations Leader — Construction Materials Location: Miramar, Florida Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and performance bonus Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary based on deliveries and operational needs Florida Home360 is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on leader to take ownership of our warehouse and material-delivery operation. This is not a desk-only management position, and it is not simply a warehouse labor position with a manager title. We need someone who can plan ahead, lead people, maintain order, drive when necessary, and make sure the correct materials reach the correct job in good condition and on time. What You Will Own • Receiving windows, doors, roofing materials, and installation supplies • Checking deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips and job requirements • Identifying and documenting damaged, missing or incorrect materials immediately • Organizing and labeling job-specific materials • Maintaining accurate inventory and material records • Preparing and staging materials for upcoming installations • Coordinating deliveries, pickups, warehouse personnel and company vehicles • Loading and unloading windows, doors and construction materials • Keeping the warehouse, yard and vehicles clean, safe and organized • Communicating material issues before they affect an installation • Holding warehouse employees accountable for attendance, productivity and proper procedures • Improving systems rather than repeatedly working around the same problems What Success Looks Like • Installations are not delayed because materials were overlooked, misplaced or staged incorrectly. • Damages and shortages are discovered when materials arrive—not when the crew reaches the job. • Employees know what is expected and follow consistent procedures. • Trucks and warehouse areas remain organized and ready. • Management receives accurate answers without having to chase down information. • Problems are communicated early, along with a proposed solution. Who May Be a Strong Fit You may currently be a warehouse lead, assistant manager, delivery supervisor, construction-material coordinator, senior driver or operations supervisor. Experience with windows, doors, roofing, building materials, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or another construction-related business is valuable, but we will also consider candidates from other industries who have strong leadership and operational experience. A college degree is not required. Ownership, judgment, organization and reliability matter more to us than an impressive title. Requirements • Demonstrated experience leading people or taking ownership of an operation • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record—no exceptions • Experience safely operating a pickup truck or box truck • Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy construction materials, including items weighing 50–100 pounds with assistance • Ability to work inside and outside in South Florida conditions • Basic computer and smartphone skills • Ability to read delivery paperwork, pick lists and material documentation • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation • Authorization to work in the United States English/Spanish bilingual ability and forklift experience are preferred.
