As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the seamless movement of products and maintaining the efficient flow of warehouse activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Role and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting key functions within the warehouse, ensuring the safety, organization, and efficiency of daily operations. Your primary responsibilities include: • Unload and load products efficiently to enhance operational flow. • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are met. • Reorganize, sort, and palletize goods to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency. • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and organizational protocols. • Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and tidy environment. • Assist in additional tasks such as freight hauling and auditing as directed by leadership. • Strictly follow safety procedures and company policies during all warehouse tasks. Required Skills and Experience: • A self-driven individual with a strong commitment to productivity and work ethics. • The ability to consistently lift and transport materials weighing between 25-75 lbs, depending on the job requirements. • Previous experience in warehouse settings or with equipment operation is an asset, though training will be provided to suitable candidates. • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions with precision. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse processes is preferred. • Skills in operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts are a plus.
