Back 7d Warehouse Lead (Working Foreperson) - Anchorage #26-886 Anchorage, Alaska, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Working Locations Anchorage, Alaska, United States Pay Range DOE Job Details Primary Responsibilities: • Oversee and train a team that performs duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, re-packing and security of products. • Ensure all products are rotated during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns activities according to company standards. • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management. • Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback related to shift activity, personnel issues, mechanical and system failures, and logistical issues for assigned area. • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job. • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned. • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times.
