Warehouse Coordinator / Assembler Location: Laredo, TX Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Overview Hire Talent is representing our client, a manufacturer of traffic and transportation serving government agencies. We are searching for a Warehouse Coordinator / Assembler to support and lead daily warehouse operations and the assembly of traffic signal products. This role combines hands‑on assembly work with basic warehouse coordination and requires someone comfortable working in a warm, dusty, non‑air‑conditioned environment. Responsibilities • Assemble traffic signal heads, including LED modules, bases, screws, wiring, and housing components • Work with both aluminum and plastic signal products (approximately 80% aluminum, 20% plastic) • Perform basic electrical/mechanical assembly such as connecting LED sections and preparing units for shipment • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments in an import/export warehouse • Assist with inventory tracking, receiving, and simple purchasing support • Maintain spreadsheets and basic documentation related to inventory, assembly counts, and shipments using Microsoft products and Epicor • Communicate with internal teams regarding materials, timelines, and shipping needs • Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace Requirements • Spanish fluency required • Experience in a warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred • Comfortable working in heat and dust; able to perform physical, repetitive assembly tasks • Computer skills including the Microsoft suite of products, ability to review and work in spreadsheets and inventory tools. Experience with Epicor a plus. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Must pass a drug screen and background check
