Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for packaging small aerospace parts such as bolts, nuts, and fasteners, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all items meet quality standards. This role includes inspecting parts for accuracy and condition, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting basic shipping and inventory activities within a small warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
• Package small aerospace parts, including bolts, nuts, and fasteners, in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and aerospace standards before packaging and shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, boxing, and organizing items for carrier pickup.
• Assist with basic warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain accurate counts of parts and materials to support inventory control.
• Keep the work area tidy, clean, and free of debris to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all company procedures and work instructions related to packaging, shipping, and inventory handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Stand for extended periods while performing packaging and warehouse tasks.
• Support a laid-back, team-oriented environment by communicating clearly and working reliably.
Essential Skills
• At least 6 months of experience in packaging or warehouse work.
• Experience with packaging processes in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and handling outbound orders.
• Ability to perform inventory-related tasks such as counting and organizing parts.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting and packaging small components.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Reliability and consistency in following work schedules and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in quality inspection is a plus.
• Prior experience working with aerospace parts or in the aerospace industry is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a small company environment with a close-knit team.

Work Environment
This role is based in a small, very clean warehouse with approximately 10–15 employees, fostering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The position is on first shift, Monday through Friday, with standard schedules of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and flexibility to start earlier as long as an eight-hour workday is completed. The work requires standing for most of the day while handling small aerospace parts and performing packaging, shipping, and inventory tasks in a tidy, well-organized facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
