Warehouse Associate (Forklift + Shipping)

Kimco Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tempe, AZ! Warehouse Associate (Forklift + Shipping) $19/Hr. to $20/Hr. (DOE) Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (OT as needed) Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (Include the following; however, other duties may apply.) • Receiving incoming shipments and verifying their contents against purchase orders or packing lists. • Utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to unload and transport materials to designated storage areas. • Organizing and storing materials in accordance with inventory management procedures, ensuring proper rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence. • Fulfilling orders by accurately picking items from storage locations using hand-held scanners or other technology. • Packing outbound shipments securely, labeling packages with shipping information, and arranging for transportation carriers to pick up deliveries. • Monitoring inventory levels and conducting routine inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate recordkeeping. • Assisting with audits or cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any potential issues. • Operating equipment safely and adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient material handling operations. • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production or customer demands effectively.
