Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Stone Slab Yard)

About Us Arista Stones is a family-owned stone supplier specializing in natural and engineered stone slabs for fabricators and contractors. Our company has been established in the stone industry for many years, and we have been serving the Utah market for about two years. We are growing quickly and looking for the right person to grow with us long-term. We are a small, tight-knit team where everyone works together and enjoys coming to work. Position Overview We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to help manage our stone slab yard. This role involves operating forklifts and slab-handling equipment, organizing inventory, assisting customers with loading materials, and occasionally helping with deliveries. This is a hands-on position working around large natural stone slabs, so comfort with physical work and safety is important. Responsibilities • Operate forklifts and slab-handling equipment to move large stone slabs safely • Load and unload slabs for customer pickups and deliveries • Organize and maintain slab inventory in the yard and warehouse • Assist fabricators and customers when they arrive to pick up material • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment • Assist with occasional local deliveries when needed Qualifications • Forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred • Comfortable working around large and heavy materials • Ability to perform physical work throughout the day • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Why Work at Arista Stones? • Family-owned company with a great team environment • Stable Monday–Friday schedule • Occasional Saturday work needed • Opportunity to grow with a company expanding in Utah • Opportunity for raises and increased responsibility as the company continues to grow • Work with a small group of people who genuinely enjoy working together Application Instructions To help us find candidates who pay attention to detail, please include the words “Arista Warehouse” in your application message or cover note when applying.
