Warehouse Associate (Bilingual: Russian/Ukrainian)

We are looking for a Warehouse & Measurement Specialist (Bilingual: Russian/Ukrainian) who can combine work in a clean, organized warehouse and, after training, travel to client sites within Florida and surrounding areas to perform accurate measurements. This role is ideal for someone with technical experience, strong attention to detail, and a high level of customer service. PAY & COMPENSATION: • $22/hour — starting rate (W2) • $25/hour — after 1 month of work • Once you become familiar with the warehouse operations and learn the company’s products, you will be entrusted with performing measurements at client sites. • 3-month probation period MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: • English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) • Russian/Ukrainian level B2 or higher (Spoken and written) • At least 1 year of experience in construction, warehouse operations, or engineering • Valid USA Driver License with at least 1 year of driving experience • SSN and Work Authorization required • Strong customer service and excellent communication skills • OSHA certification (can be obtained during employment) • Confident computer skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, reach overhead, and perform repetitive movements RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receiving and storing glass and hardware in the warehouse • Inspecting orders for quality and size accuracy • Verifying that all required components are included • Preparing and assembling orders • Packaging orders for shipment • Performing measurements at client locations BENEFITS: • Paid travel time • Clean and organized warehouse • On-time payments • Motivation system and career growth opportunities within the company Full-time: Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and longer if the client is located far away. Location: Pompano Beach Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
