Warehouse Associate 3rd Shift: Starting Pay $20.50/hr

Responsibilities • Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment • Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing • Pack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards • Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership. • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals • Abide by all company and warehouse policies • Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation Physical Requirements • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day. • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs. Qualifications Experience 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required Education This role does not require a degree.
