Job Title: Logistics Center Associate I
Client : IT Distribution
Location: South Bend, IN
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $17.50 Per Hour
Shift: 3PM-11:30pm
Duties: Job Purpose:
• Performs general warehouse and logistics operations to support the movement, handling, and processing of inventory within the Logistics Center. Supports inbound, outbound, and internal workflows to ensure efficient and accurate operations. Responsibilities

• eceiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Moves, handles, and stores materials using appropriate equipment and processes. • Uses warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory and update transactions
• .Verifies product accuracy and condition during handling and processing
• .Follows standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• .Maintains accurate records of inventory movement and work performed
• .Supports inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization
• .Prepares products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging
• .Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• .Collaborates with team members to meet productivity and performance targets
• .Adapts to changing priorities and supports multiple operational areas as needed
• .Performs additional duties as assigned
.Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• .Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• .Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement
• .Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• .Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• .Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow work instructions
• .Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn
• .Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard applications
• .0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles preferred

:High School diploma or equivalent required
