You will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of commercial trailers, ensuring that freight flows smoothly into our facility. Your Core Responsibilities • Trailer Unloading: Safely process inbound freight, manually moving boxes onto conveyor belts or sorting them onto designated pallets with care. • Freight Organization: Stage merchandise systematically in the receiving area, ensuring all products are handled properly to prevent damage. • Outbound Loading: Build stable, secure walls of outbound freight inside departing trailers to maximize space and ensure safe transit. • Safety Adherence: Maintain a pristine, organized workspace, following all Walmart safety protocols and ergonomic lifting guidelines.
