Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP) OR Physician assistant Job Type: LOCUM Location: Eugene, OR Work Schedule: 3 Days per Week (Monday to Thursday) Shift Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pay : $80 - $95 per Hour Job Overview: We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Physician Assistant (PA) comfortable seeing patients aged 16 and above to serve as the primary provider in a student health clinic. This clinic serves the community college student population and provides a wide range of healthcare services. Responsibilities: • Provide primary care to students aged 16+ • Conduct assessments and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries • Deliver reproductive and sexual health services • Administer immunizations • Address and treat mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and insomnia • Provide smoking cessation support • Manage patient visits (appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes) • See approximately 8–10 patients per day • Consult with medical director (physician) as needed (available for PA collaboration as well) Clinical Environment: • EMR: NextGen • Support Staff Includes: • Medical Assistants • Clinic Director • Front Desk Staff • Administrative Specialist • Work-study students Requirements: • State license of OR • Updated Resume
