Transportation Coordinator

Position: Transportation Manager Location: Irvine, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed) Payrate: $35.61/hr on W2 Job Duties: • Manage and support a team of approximately 40 CDL drivers. • Oversee route planning, dispatching, and daily transportation operations. • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. • Review driver logs, trip records, and transportation documentation. • Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance. • Process payroll, review invoices, and monitor transportation expenses. • Track fuel usage, mileage, and operational costs. • Hire, train, coach, and develop transportation personnel
