No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training! We seek enthusiastic individuals who are punctual and have a passion for trading cards and collectibles. Once you've signed up and are set to start, you will receive a call from our Lead, Dylan Frank, to confirm your start date and address any questions you may have. You will also receive a First Day Orientation packet via email. Here are some quick tips to prepare for your first day: • Headphones are welcome! You may enjoy music while working, but please stay focused and avoid non-work-related phone usage. Watching videos on your phone during work hours can lead to termination. • If you're running late, need to call out, or wish to request time off, please contact Support as soon as possible. Planned time off must be approved in advance. • Snacks are available! Help yourself but take only what you need to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy them. • Food, drinks, and personal bags are not permitted on the production floor. Please store personal items in designated areas. Your responsibilities will include: • Receiving, organizing, and processing collectible items with precision. • Preparing and packaging orders for shipment. • Pulling inventory for customer and auction orders. • Updating inventory records and maintaining accurate tracking. • Inspecting items for quality and verifying serial numbers. • Assisting with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks. • Supporting other departments as needed. Key qualifications include: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles is preferred. • Comfort with computers and inventory systems. • Reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Capability to handle high-value items with care and integrity. • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. • Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or inventory. • Comfortable performing tasks that require bending, reaching, and repetition. • **General Requirements*** In this warehouse environment, you may be expected to: • Work independently or as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship items. • Safely relocate or repack items, handling up to 50 pounds in weight. • Operate machinery or light equipment responsibly as trained. • Perform physically strenuous activities such as reaching or bending as needed by your supervisor. • Work on your feet at a brisk pace for the entire shift. • Be comfortable in an environment with forklifts, machinery, and large trucks. • Dress appropriately, adhering to the dress code—ensure you wear close-toed shoes and pants.
