JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description: Under direction of Associate Director of
Facilities, the Technician I is responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness and safety of the school environment. Responsibilities
include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, hallways, and classrooms;
responding promptly to clean-up emergencies; and ensuring garbage and
recycling containers are emptied regularly. The Technician I also
assists with various tasks such as snow removal, cafeteria preparation,
and minor maintenance repairs, while also fostering positive
relationships with students, staff, and parents. Starting wage is
\$18.57/hour. This position works Monday through Friday, 7:15 am to 3:45
pm. Start date is as soon as possible. The Howard-Suamico School

sanitize restrooms, hallways, and classrooms throughout the day,

radio calls for clean-up emergencies and secure the building as
directed. Empty garbage and recycling containers, maintaining a clean
and orderly environment. Remove snow and salt walkways in winter, and
ensure the yard and playground are free of debris during warmer months.
