What You Bring • 3+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. • Working knowledge of BOLs, freight classes, LTL/FTL shipping, and carrier coordination. • Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and basic proficiency in Excel. • Strong attention to detail and a track record of inventory accuracy. • Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it). • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
