We Whiten
Full-Time | On-Site | $85,000–$120,000/year + Performance-Based Compensation
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional spa-management position.
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to take ownership of one of our studios.
Think of it like running your own business—without the financial risk of starting one. We provide the studio, brand, clients, systems, products, and support.
You provide the sales ability, drive, accountability, and results.
You will personally drive revenue by performing whitening treatments, recommending the right solutions, overcoming objections, presenting financing options, following up with leads, and confidently asking for the sale.
If you are uncomfortable being measured by revenue, conversion rates, memberships, and average client value, this is not the role for you.
If you want autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to earn more by producing more, keep reading.
What You'll Be Responsible ForClose Sales
• Sell whitening treatments, memberships, upgrades, and retail products.
• Recommend the best solution based on each client's needs.
• Confidently ask for the sale.
• Present financing and payment options when appropriate.
• Handle objections around price, timing, and commitment.
• Follow up with warm leads, canceled appointments, past clients, and unsold opportunities.
• Convert first-time clients into repeat customers and members.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
• Serve as the studio's lead Whitening Specialist.
• Perform safe, consistent, high-quality teeth-whitening treatments.
• Create an energetic, confident, and memorable client experience.
• Educate clients while maintaining a strong sales focus.
• Build trust, make clear recommendations, and lead clients toward a decision.
Own Your Numbers
You will always know your:
• Sales
• Average client value
• Membership conversion
• Retail sales
• Lead conversion rate
• Studio revenue performance
• Progress toward target
We don't expect perfection.
We expect ownership.
When the numbers are down, you are expected to identify the problem, create a plan, and take action—not make excuses.
Run a High-Performing Studio
• Manage appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and place product orders.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and client-ready.
• Address client concerns quickly and professionally.
• Generate reviews and repeat business.
• Complete required administrative and payroll-related tasks accurately and on time.
You will handle operations because they support sales—not because this is primarily an operations-management position.
You'll Probably Love This Role If You:
• Have succeeded in car sales, door-to-door sales, fitness memberships, med-spa sales, commissioned retail, high-ticket services, or another closing environment.
• Get energized by goals, scorecards, competition, and performance incentives.
• Naturally ask for the sale.
• Are comfortable talking about money.
• Can handle objections without becoming defensive or immediately offering discounts.
• Want your income connected to your performance.
• Can work independently without constant supervision.
• Take action without waiting to be told what to do.
• Believe your results are your responsibility.
• Want the autonomy of ownership without the financial risk of starting a business.
Do Not Apply If You:
• Want a traditional spa manager or people-management position.
• Prefer supervising salespeople instead of personally selling.
• Avoid direct closes.
• Believe discussing price or asking for the sale is too pushy.
• Are uncomfortable discussing financing.
• Need a manager to constantly motivate or redirect you.
• Avoid following up because you don't want to "bother" leads.
• Want guaranteed compensation without performance expectations.
• Become frustrated when your numbers are reviewed.
• Blame leads, pricing, scheduling, the economy, or clients when goals are missed.
• Prefer being rewarded for being busy rather than producing measurable results.
This role is not designed for everyone—and that is intentional.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills.
• Experience selling directly to consumers.
• Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and financing.
• Ability to use scheduling systems, technology, and performance dashboards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a set schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform hands-on teeth-whitening services.
• Ability to complete routine studio tasks.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who wants the scoreboard.
Someone who can create a great client experience and still close the sale.
Someone who doesn't need to be chased, reminded, rescued, or constantly motivated.
Someone who sees a slow day and creates activity.
Someone who sees an objection and handles it.
Someone who sees a goal and finds a way to reach it.
We provide the opportunity.
You produce the outcome.
If that sounds exciting—not intimidating—we want to hear from you.
