Role and Responsibilities: • Unload, organize, and stock merchandise on shelves in assigned areas. • Keep shelves well-supplied, rotated regularly, and presented in an appealing manner. • Assist customers by answering inquiries regarding products and providing advice. • Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies as required. • Comply with company procedures when handling restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco. • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of stock areas. • Enhance the visibility of promotional and seasonal product displays. • Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth store operations. Essential Skills and Background: • Ability to deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. • Foundational numerical skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Capability to perform effectively under stress while maintaining professionalism. • Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience as a stock clerk, cashier, or in customer service. • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
