This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites by assisting with material handling, site logistics, and general labor tasks. What We Offer • Competitive Hourly Pay • 401(k) Match • Hands-on Industry Experience • Mentorship from Experienced Professionals • Opportunities for Career Growth • Collaborative Team Environment What You Need • • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required • General labor or construction experience required • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team • Understanding of construction site safety or willingness to learn • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Valid driver's license preferred • Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Responsibilities • Perform daily jobsite cleanup by removing debris, trash, and construction waste • Maintain clean, safe, and accessible work areas for subcontractors and site personnel • Assist with unloading, receiving, and organizing materials and deliveries • Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite as directed • Support Superintendents and subcontractors with general jobsite tasks • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards • Report unsafe conditions or jobsite hazards immediately to field leadership • Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient construction site • Perform other duties as assigned This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
