Position: Shipping Warehouse Associate (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday-Friday Hourly Rate: $24.00 Hourly Pay: up to $26.50 for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as required Join Arrow Electronics! Responsibilities Include: • Supporting all departments such as receiving, picking, and shipping • Performing physical tasks to receive, sort, package, and ship inventory • Moving inventory to appropriate staging areas for processing • Verifying asset counts, sorting, and labeling products • Loading and unloading products for the production line • Disassembling electronic equipment per specifications, using power tools • Identifying and categorizing commodities correctly • Preparing pallets for shipment • Utilizing material handling equipment • Maintaining documentation that supports inventory processing • Ensuring high levels of production quality and accuracy Ideal Candidate: • 1-3 years of relevant work experience • Basic computer operation skills • Knowledge of basic computer devices (e.g., PCs, laptops) • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in reading and understanding English • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) • Collaborative team player with a commitment to quality and productivity • Excellent attendance and flexible schedule availability • Adherence to safety procedures and cleanliness standards • Able to operate material handling equipment safely (training provided) • Basic math skills for counting accurately • High school diploma or equivalent preferred What We Offer: At Arrow, we believe in rewarding our employees fairly.
