Roles and Duties: • Uphold all safety regulations and procedures to ensure workplace security. • Attendance in safety training seminars is crucial for mastering the techniques required for working efficiently in a busy warehouse environment. • Wrap, transport, and send merchandise to customers and retail establishments. • Ensure the meticulous handling of goods for store shipment and guest drop-offs. • Facilitate the movement of freight and optimize inventory operations within the warehouse. • Ensure your workspace is clean, well-maintained, and devoid of clutter. • Arrive promptly for work and ensure that tasks are finished with precision and within the set timeframe. • Take part in problem-solving efforts to facilitate continual operational advancements. • Exhibit a favorable and considerate behavior when working autonomously or in a team environment. Requirements: • Able to routinely carry and transport items with weights falling within the range of 35-50 lbs. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Physical ability for standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during assigned periods. • Keep a proactive and capable attitude while engaged in group work or working autonomously. • Fundamental numerical operations, such as counting, addition, and subtraction. • Skill in accurately interpreting and understanding labels, tickets, and other product documentation. • Operate computer systems or handheld devices independently and effectively once adequately trained. • Demonstrating adeptness in spoken and written interactions. • Capability in comprehending, speaking, and reading English to adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and directions. Additional Requirements: • Competent in undergoing instruction and using motorized machinery securely (such as Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Capable of working comfortably at heights reaching up to 40 feet if needed. • Proficient in conducting duties for prolonged periods within environments that are temperature-controlled, like refrigerators and freezers.
