You will serve as the eyes and ears of quality control, maintaining constant communication with production to eliminate bottlenecks before products ship. Key Responsibilities
• Quality Assurance: Inspect orders on the production floor with extreme attention to detail to catch micro-discrepancies or errors before shipping.
• Production Oversight: Work directly with the production team to keep workflow moving smoothly and prevent bottlenecks.
• Cross-Department Communication: Align daily order specs between the sales team, clients, and warehouse.
• Client Relations: Manage professional email and phone correspondence with clients across North and Latin America.
Requirements
• Languages: Have the ability to speak fluently and write professional, error-free emails to customers in Latin and North America.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional eye for detail and high work ethics.
• Tech-Savvy: computer skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience: Printing industry experience is a big plus, but willingness to learn is most important!
• Dynamic: Comfortable moving between an office setting, production floor, and warehouse environment.
