Shipping Clerk, First Shift

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and shipping products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your efforts will help us deliver exceptional service to our global customers by efficiently managing order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping logistics. Responsibilities • Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit • Prepare shipping documentation accurately, including labels, bills of lading, and customs paperwork for international shipments and all outbound shipments. • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, RF scanners, and forklifts to load and unload goods safely • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software • Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure order accuracy and completeness • Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas • Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate timely shipments and deliveries Requirements • Previous experience in warehouse operations or shipping & receiving preferred • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as Oracle , and inventory management software • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts • Proficiency in data entry, order picking & packing, and using RF scanners or barcode systems • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position Join us as a vital part of our logistics team!
