This rewarding position is integral to our operations, responsible for managing the coordination of activities with production to ensure timely and accurate shipping of JIT orders. Key Responsibilities: • Gathering all orders at a central point and carefully scaling and labeling them to meet quality standards. • Utilizing computer systems and scanning equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of products and enable accurate selection. • Generating packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders with precision. • Collaborating effectively with warehouse personnel to confirm the reception of all orders. • Maintaining a strong attendance record and reliability in fulfilling duties. • Performing additional tasks as necessary to support business operations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is preferred. • 1-3 months of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience. • Willingness to adapt to departmental demands, including the possibility of overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is required. • Capability to operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts is essential. • Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Physical Requirements: • Regular exposure to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. • Frequent exposure to extreme cold, electrical hazards, and vibration. • Occasional exposure to heights, extreme heat, and a loud work environment.
