Position Overview Texas Specialty Beverage is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, picked, packed, and shipped to our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to maintaining an organized warehouse. Responsibilities • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies. • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. • Organize inventory and maintain clean, orderly warehouse storage locations. • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment. • Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus). • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. • Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Qualifications • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred but not required. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse software or scanners is a plus. • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
