Job Type: Full-Time Company Benefits Dave’s Hot Chicken is not only one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the country, it’s an amazing place to work! • Earn tips • Earn monthly bonuses • 4-day work week • Free meals every shift you work • Ability to grow and earn promotions • Company emphasis on work-life balance Job Description • Effectively plan, organize, and implement all daily operational routines and activities alongside the Assistant Manager • Organize shift schedules for Team Members and monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off • Assign duties to specific Team Members based on role and skill level • Greet Guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude • Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc. • Ensure Restaurant cleanliness is conducted daily by delegating the clearing of tables, sweeping, and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms • Handle Guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems • Provide direction, supervision, and feedback to maintain high levels of productivity and Team morale • Complete all required administrative duties and daily paperwork including required checklists • Supervise and perform closing and/or opening activities as directed by the Restaurant Management Team • Establish an environment of trust to ensure honest, open, and direct communication • Role model and set a positive example for the entire Team in all aspects of business and personnel practices Requirements • Excellent organizational, time management, delegation and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Effective communication with Team Members and Management Team • Confident, proactive, and willing to take on challenges • Flexibility to work various shifts • Ability to stand for extended periods as needed • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift if necessary • Previous Shift Manager/Assistant Management experience preferred$20.50-$21.50
