Job Description We're hiring a Sensor Assembly Technician for our Cypress, TX area client. We are looking for experienced, dependable machine operators with a strong background in steel plate burning who are ready to interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Sensor Assembly Tech Location: Cypress, TX 77429 Schedule: M-F 6AM-2:30PM Pay: $19/hr Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Assemble sensor assemblies and electronic components according to specifications. Assemble sensor subassemblies, including pre-preamps, cells, and transmitters. Assemble RFI and surge protector products. Pot sensor assemblies and wireless assemblies. Install and precisely align circuit boards into stainless-steel housings. Solder wires onto small connectors and components. Use small hand tools to assemble and secure components. Operate automated assembly and production equipment. Inspect assemblies for proper alignment, workmanship, and quality. Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred. Ability to work with small parts and electronic components. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to use small hand tools. Basic soldering experience preferred; must be willing to learn. Ability to operate automated machinery after training. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly. Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and quality procedures.
