As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting access-control irregularities in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, access-control events, and other security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
