You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
