Your Role: As a Seasonal Inventory Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our store during peak shopping times. Your contributions will ensure that products flow effortlessly from the stockroom to the sales floor, enhancing customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities: • Efficiently process merchandise shipments to maintain inventory levels • Replenish products on the sales floor to provide an appealing shopping experience • Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and handle damaged goods • Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms organized and clean • Fulfill omni-channel requests in accordance with Under Armour processes • Model exemplary customer service and uphold Under Armour's service culture • Adhere to visual presentation standards for optimal merchandise display • Promote and support safety standards throughout the store • Be vigilant about Loss Prevention policies and report any issues • Collaborate with your team to achieve store objectives • Take charge of your personal growth and seek opportunities to enhance your performance • Complete additional tasks as directed by management Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old in the EMEA Region) • Fluent in local language; basic English proficiency is a plus • Strong communication skills are essential • Able to perform the core functions of the role • Flexible availability for work during holidays, nights, and weekends • Capable of standing, lifting, and bending to handle weights up to 25 lbs./12 kgs • Willingness to learn and use technology such as handheld and mobile devices Benefits: • Generous employee discounts on products • Participation in exclusive contests for prizes • Work in a high-energy environment with a supportive team • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement • Priority consideration for future seasonal roles • Potential for regular part-time and full-time positions • Flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.90 per hour.
