Screen Printing Operator (Experienced)

About Us Warrior Printing Hawaii is a growing local print shop specializing in custom apparel and merchandise. We're looking for an experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality prints for our customers. Job Description We're seeking a skilled Screen Printing Operator with hands-on experience running manual and/or automatic screen printing presses. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, consistency, and quality control, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities • Set up and operate screen printing presses (manual and/or automatic) • Mix and match ink colors to match Pantone/client specs • Register multi-color designs accurately • Perform quality checks throughout production runs • Maintain and clean screens, presses, and equipment • Reclaim and prep screens for reuse • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Collaborate with the art/design team on print-ready files Requirements • Minimum 1-2+ years of screen printing experience (adjust as needed) • Experience with manual and/or automatic press equipment • Strong understanding of ink mixing, registration, and color matching • Ability to lift up to weights and stand for extended periods • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team • Experience with heat presses, dryers, or DTF/embroidery a plus Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
