Regional Route Delivery Driver

If you are dependable, willing to work hard, enjoy being on the road, and want an opportunity to grow with a company, this may be a strong fit. Stalmic Distributors is looking for a Regional Route Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers throughout our service area. This is an important entry-level position within our company and is often used as a stepping stone into other roles. People who perform well, demonstrate reliability, take ownership of their work, and provide excellent service may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Service Technician or Route Sales. This is not a typical local delivery position. You will travel during the week, follow established routes, deliver and unload products, and return home on weekends. While you are traveling for Stalmic, the company pays approved business travel expenses, including hotels, meals, and fuel, so you are not expected to absorb those costs personally. You will drive a Dodge Ram 3500 and pull a 20-to-25-foot enclosed tandem-axle trailer. A CDL is not required. Experience pulling larger trailers or working in delivery is preferred, but we are also interested in dependable people who are willing and able to learn. Our drivers are an important part of the customer experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being professional, accurate, helpful, safe, and respectful. This position also requires physical work, including loading and unloading products and repeatedly lifting and moving 25 pounds or more. Stalmic is committed to maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace. Applicants must be able to pass and maintain the ability to pass a drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and background check. Benefits & Growth • Employer-paid employee health insurance • 401(k) with company match after one year • Dental and vision insurance available • Paid time off and six paid holidays • Company-paid approved travel expenses, including hotels, meals, and fuel • Career-growth opportunities into roles such as Service Technician and Route Sales At Stalmic, how you work matters as much as the work itself.
