Quality Operator

Quality Operator needed immediately Pay rate: $16.00, plus a $2 appreciation bonus for attendance. Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Location: Vance, AL Key Responsibilities • Transfer parts and components from the production area to the quality assurance station for inspection. • Perform visual and mechanical inspections on components to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Segregate items based on inspection results to separate compliant from non-compliant materials. • Prepare and document approved materials for transfer to storage. • Process and document non-compliant items for return or further handling. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and equipment. • Consistently follow and promote all workplace safety and quality management policies. • Exercise authority to pause production processes if a safety or quality risk is identified.
