Position Summary: The Courtesy Clerk provides friendly, helpful service by assisting customers with bagging groceries, carrying purchases to vehicles, collecting carts, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role supports front-end operations by ensuring checkout areas are stocked with bags and supplies, promptly addressing spills or safety concerns, and delivering excellent customer service. As a key part of the customer experience, Courtesy Clerk helps create a welcoming shopping environment while supporting overall store efficiency.
