Project Manager / Customer Concierge

Project Manager / Customer Concierge Role Scott Bates Custom Homes has earned a reputation for building beautiful, unique, high-quality luxury homes in the Indianapolis area. This Project Mgr / Customer Concierge role is a critical one as you would be the “quarterback” of 5-7 large, detailed luxury homes coordinating the SBC construction team w/trades, designers and clients. Project Management (via Buildertrend software) -Participate in client meetings and onsite walkthroughs and work closely with client’s designer -Manage client selection process (selections, check/finalize quotes, deadlines, approvals, etc) -Manage all change order pricing, approval, ordering with estimator -Onsite work with team to discuss/check install accuracy, talk through finish options, etc -Facilitate communication between subs, SBC team, designer and client -Confirm PO’s get submitted by estimator and controller -Watch and communicate job schedules with SBC team and clients as it moves based on clients changes, adds, etc -Assist with client research, design and selection -Continual product research to locate products with superior performance or style -Document management in BT (permits, updated quotes, plans, etc) -Invoice price discrepancy review w/controller and estimator Estimating -Current clients: work with estimator to finalize selection/pricing updates -Current client : work with estimator on change order pricing Other Admin and Operations Work -Builder trend job start (selections, loading files, etc) -HOA approvals -Social media (schedule onsite photos/videos, trades), approve content, etc -Help set up and manage photography of jobs after completion -Marketing/Advertising work -Help establish/check/schedule utility connections Breakdown Of Time 60% - Existing client bid updates and change order pricing/presentation 5% - Schedule work and ordering (POs) with Josh and Stacy 10% - Client and designer research, design and selection 20% - Onsite work with Josh, client walkthroughs/mts and design 5% - Permits, HOA, marketing, etc
