Production Worker

Reporting to the department Lead Hand, the Production Worker will perform the day-to-day activities required to produce a variety of materials. Duties may also include: • Decorating jerseys according to work orders and standards • Reading work orders and setting up equipment according to order specifications • Examining materials for defects and to ensure conformance to standards • Informing Lead Hand when materials are not to standards • Performing quality checks and signing off on product completed • Cleaning work space, using hand tools. • Communicating with co-workers on shift change, providing complete details of schedules and job information • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements • Achieving quotas daily • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Attention to detail and quality consciousness • Strong organizational skills • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments • Able to work well independently and in a team environment • Punctual and consistent attendance • Can read and follow detailed lists • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Shift • 5 days per week Monday to Friday • 7 am - 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12 am • Production facility located at 738 Vandalia St, St Paul, MN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: • On-the-job training • Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
