Production Worker

Production Worker Responsibilities: • Work on a production line with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail • Assemble, kit, co-pack, and package products according to customer specifications • Build boxes, label products, tape cartons, and prepare items for shipment • Operate production equipment including conveyor systems, pallet jacks, case sealers, and ink jet machines • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards • Follow written and verbal work instructions • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors • Attend required safety meetings and training sessions • Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Production Worker, Warehouse Associate, Assembler, Packer, Kitting Associate, Manufacturing Associate, or General Laborer preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Valid Driver's License required • Basic math and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Dependable attendance and punctuality Pay, Schedule, and Location Position: Production Worker Location: Roseville, CA 95747 Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Start Time: 7:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly • Push carts weighing up to 50 pounds • Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods • Safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment • Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift Benefits Available • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance • $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits • Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) • Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children • Pet insurance available • Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities Hiring Requirements • Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
