This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, or Production Technician who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced production environment. The assignment is expected to continue approximately through the end of January and offers $35 per hour plus a $5,000 completion bonus upon successful completion. What You'll Do as a Production Technician As a Production Technician, you will support the manufacturing of anticorrosion wax-tape products and help ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include: Operate production machinery that pulls wax tape from a coating solution Roll, cut, seal, wrap, and package finished wax-tape products Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Complete production records and other required documentation Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Work safely with machinery, materials, and production equipment Work on your feet and use your hands throughout the entire shift Work independently while contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment Production Technician Requirements Qualified candidates should have: Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred Team lead or basic maintenance experience is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Reliable, accountable, and dependable attendance Basic math skills, including arithmetic and percentages Strong attention to detail and consistency Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift Ability to report to work reliably and on time Production Technician Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Pay: $35.00 per hour Overtime: As required Assignment: Expected to continue approximately through the end of January Completion Bonus: $5,000 paid upon successful completion of the assignment Why Apply?
