This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability, overtime availability, and real potential for career growth. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who take pride in their work and are comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Mix seasonings and prepare ingredients for production • Pack finished products according to specifications • Bake goods and monitor product quality throughout the process • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards • Record inventory counts accurately • Maintain facility sanitation in accordance with company policies and FDA guidelines • Perform various production functions on a rotating basis throughout the shift • Follow all company policies and FDA guidelines at all times Requirements • Prior food handling experience in a bakery or industrial kitchen preferred but not required • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive hand tasks while standing for extended periods • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish • Effective communication skills in English or Spanish • Must obtain a Food Handler's Card within the first week of employment • Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement Compensation and Benefits • $19.00 per hour • Overtime opportunities available • Temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent placement and career growth • Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to Masis Staffing Solutions.
