Production Worker (1st Shift 7a-3:30p)

Job Description In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and production efficiency by performing assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform final assembly operations on products according to established procedures and quality standards. • Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and report any defects or issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is essential to effectively perform production tasks. • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards with precision. • Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment used in final product assembly. • Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure product quality. • Commitment to maintaining safety standards and working collaboratively in a team environment.
