Production Supervisor

Compri Consulting is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) for a 6-month Contract, onsite position. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations across multiple production workstations, including clean room manufacturing environments, to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products. This role is accountable for supervising production employees, optimizing workflow, meeting on-time delivery commitments, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a clean room environment, worked with laser CNC cutting machines and assembly work. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred • 5-7 years of related manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or medical device industry • Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience • Experience managing ERP systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and complex use of databases/spreadsheets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions • Experience with KPI tracking, performance metrics, and continuous improvement/Lean principles
