Production Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation and Production Performance
• Operate assigned production equipment safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Maintain daily production output according to the production schedule and target cycle time.

• Demonstrate strong machine operation skills and maintain stable machine performance during the shift.
• Continuously monitor machine operation status, alarms, and cycle times.
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including overtime and weekend work as required.

2. Setup and Changeover Performance
• Perform model changeovers quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Reduce setup and changeover time to support production efficiency goals.
• Verify machine settings, tooling conditions, and program readiness before startup.
• Support rapid line recovery after setup or product change.

3. Dimensional Measurement and Program Adjustment
• Accurately measure product dimensions using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Record measurement results according to quality control requirements.
• Analyze measured dimensions and make machine program or offset adjustments as needed.
• Modify machine parameters, offsets, and program settings based on inspection results.
• Confirm dimensional accuracy after adjustments.

4. Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance Support
• Monitor machine abnormalities, alarms, and performance issues.
• Immediately contact the Maintenance Team when machine problems occur.
• Support maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Verify product dimensions and machine performance after repairs are completed.
• Restart equipment only after confirming machine condition and part quality.

5. Quality Control and Defect Response
• Immediately notify the Quality Team when defects or abnormal dimensions are suspected.
• Support inspection and defect verification activities with the Quality Team.
• Segregate suspected defective parts and follow containment procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and defect reduction activities.
• Ensure all parts meet required specifications before release.

6. Data Monitoring and System Verification
• Verify that machine production data, dimensional data, and process parameters are properly transmitted to the computer system / ERP / monitoring system.
• Report data communication failures or missing records immediately.
• Confirm accurate data logging for traceability and production reporting.

7. Tool Change and Tooling Control
• Perform tool changes quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Monitor tool wear and cutting performance continuously.
• Immediately report tool shortages, tool breakage, or tooling issues to the office / tooling coordinator.
• Maintain proper tooling inventory at the workstation.

8. Material Support and Communication
• Immediately notify the Material Team when raw material or in-process material shortages occur.
• Coordinate with the material handling team to prevent line stoppage.
• Report consumable shortages and support supply replenishment.
• Maintain smooth communication with maintenance, quality, material, and office teams.

9. Shift Start Attendance and Work Assignment
• At the beginning of each shift, verify the attendance and absence status of all assigned operators.
• Report the overall attendance status, including absences and manpower shortages, to the Supervisor.
• Support manpower balancing based on attendance status and production requirements.
• Assign daily work tasks and machine stations to operators according to the production plan.
• Provide clear work instructions and task priorities to team members at shift start.
• Monitor manpower allocation during the shift and support line balance as needed.
• When changes in work assignments, machine stations, or manpower allocation are required, request approval or direction from the Supervisor.
• Communicate any urgent manpower or production changes to the Supervisor immediately.

10. Other Responsibilities
• Organize and lead all-employee meetings to communicate updates such as new model launches, defect cases, revisions to work standards, and company-related issues or trends.
• provide training to relevant team leaders and members.

주요 업무 및 책임
1. 설비 운영 및 생산 실적 관리
• 지정된 생산 설비를 안전하고 효율적이며 정확하게 운영한다.
• 생산 일정 및 목표 사이클 타임에 맞추어 일일 생산량을 유지한다.
• 우수한 설비 조작 능력을 바탕으로 교대 근무 동안 안정적인 설비 성능을 유지한다.
• 설비 가동 상태, 알람, 사이클 타임을 지속적으로 모니터링한다.
• 필요 시 주야간 교대근무, 연장근무 및 주말근무를 수행한다.

2. 셋업 및 기종 교환 성능 관리
• 비가동 시간을 최소화하기 위해 신속하고 효율적으로 기종 교환을 수행한다.
• 생산 효율 목표 달성을 위해 셋업 및 기종 교환 시간을 단축한다.
• 가동 전 설비 조건, 공구 상태 및 프로그램 준비 상태를 확인한다.
• 셋업 또는 제품 변경 후 라인의 신속한 정상화를 지원한다.

3. 치수 측정 및 프로그램 조정
• 게이지, 버니어 캘리퍼스, 마이크로미터 등 측정 장비를 사용하여 제품 치수를 정확히 측정한다.
• 품질 관리 기준에 따라 측정 결과를 기록한다.
• 측정된 치수를 분석하여 필요 시 설비 프로그램 또는 오프셋을 조정한다.

• 검사 결과를 바탕으로 설비 파라미터, 오프셋 및 프로그램 값을 수정한다.
• 조정 후 치수 정확성을 재확인한다.

4. 설비 트러블슈팅 및 보전 지원
• 설비 이상, 알람 및 성능 문제를 지속적으로 모니터링한다.
• 설비 문제 발생 시 즉시 보전팀에 연락한다.
• 고장 진단 및 수리 작업 시 보전팀을 지원한다.
• 수리 완료 후 제품 치수 및 설비 상태를 확인한다.
• 설비 상태와 제품 품질이 확인된 후에만 재가동한다.

5. 품질 관리 및 불량 대응
• 불량 또는 이상 치수가 의심될 경우 즉시 품질팀에 통보한다.
• 품질팀과 함께 검사 및 불량 확인 업무를 지원한다.
• 의심 불량품을 분리하고 격리 절차를 준수한다.
• 원인 분석 및 불량 저감 활동에 참여한다.
• 출하 전 모든 제품이 규격을 만족하는지 확인한다.

6. 데이터 모니터링 및 시스템 확인
• 생산 데이터, 치수 데이터 및 공정 파라미터가 ERP 또는 모니터링 시스템에 정상
전송되는지 확인한다.
• 데이터 통신 오류 또는 누락 발생 시 즉시 보고한다.

• 추적성 및 생산 실적 보고를 위한 정확한 데이터 기록을 확인한다.

7. 공구 교환 및 공구 관리
• 비가동 시간을 최소화하기 위해 공구 교환을 신속히 수행한다.
• 공구 마모 상태 및 절삭 성능을 지속적으로 모니터링한다.
• 공구 부족, 파손 또는 문제 발생 시 즉시 사무실 또는 공구 담당자에게 보고한다.
• 작업장 내 적정 공구 재고를 유지한다.

8. 자재 지원 및 커뮤니케이션
• 원자재 또는 공정 중 자재 부족 시 즉시 자재팀에 통보한다.
• 라인 정지를 방지하기 위해 자재팀과 협업한다.
• 소모품 부족 사항을 보고하고 보충을 지원한다.
• 보전, 품질, 자재 및 사무실 팀과 원활히 소통한다.

9. 교대 시작 출근 확인 및 업무 배정
• 교대 시작 시 담당 작업자의 출근 및 결근 현황을 확인한다.
• 결근 및 인원 부족 현황을 Supervisor 에게 보고한다.
• 인원 상황과 생산 계획에 따라 인력 밸런스를 지원한다.
• 생산 계획에 따라 작업자별 업무 및 설비를 배정한다.
• 작업 시작 시 명확한 작업 지시와 우선순위를 전달한다.

• 근무 중 인력 배치를 모니터링하고 라인 밸런스를 유지한다.
• 업무 변경, 설비 이동, 인력 조정이 필요할 경우 Supervisor 승인 후 진행한다.
• 긴급한 인력 또는 생산 변경 사항은 즉시 Supervisor 에게 보고한다.

10. 기타 업무
• 신기종 런칭, 불량 사례, 작업 표준 변경, 회사 이슈 및 동향 등을 공유하기 위한 전체 회의를 주관하고 진행한다.
• 관련 팀장 및 팀원 교육을 실시한다.
