Production Operator 1st shift $16.45

Production Operator Pay: $16.45/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Overtime: Some weekend OT may be required Job Summary: Responsible for operating assigned production equipment, preparing materials, inspecting finished products, packaging products, completing production records, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Key Responsibilities: • Operate production line and equipment • Verify work orders, labels, and production information • Load bottles, lids, and product into machinery • Inspect products for labeling, fill levels, coding, and defects • Perform quality checks and record results • Package bottles and trays for shipment • Print and apply labels to bottles and cases • Assemble boxes and prepare materials for production • Record production information • Clean and maintain equipment and work area • Report machine issues to the Production Lead or Maintenance Team • Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines • Maintain good attendance and teamwork Requirements: • Basic computer skills • Ability to read work orders and basic work instructions in English • Basic addition and subtraction skills • Ability to visually inspect products for defects • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods • Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally • Must be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts • Must be available for occasional evening/weekend work as needed #ApplyNOW #MckinneyJobs.
