Role and Responsibilities of Production Line Leader: As a Team Leader, your focus will be on driving sales, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing efficient store operations. You will collaborate with store management to maintain high standards and provide daily guidance to your team. • Ensure strong stock levels and size availability to drive sales and meet customer expectations. • Maintain the store's visual appeal and ensure it is fully replenished with products. • Delegate tasks and ensure colleagues are focused on key priorities by managing schedules effectively. • Oversee key customer areas and ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experience. • Assist with store duties, including opening, closing, and managing operations as needed. • Address customer service issues promptly and escalate when needed. • Coach, motivate, and develop colleagues with ongoing communication, recognition, and support. • Ensure the timely completion of operational tasks such as pricing, signage, markdowns, and safety checks. Required Skills and Experience of Production Line Leader: • Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment. • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer and store needs. • Clear communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management. • Comfortable using retail technology, including cash registers, self-checkouts, and POS devices. • Fluent in English to communicate effectively in a retail environment.
