Production Lead

We are hiring Lead Operators for a global textile manufacturing company located in Durham, NC. This role is responsible for managing production operations & partnering with plant leadership to ensure production goals are met. We are hiring for both day & night shifts! Shift Openings: • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-8:00pm, 2-2-3 schedule • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00pm-8:00am, 2-2-3 schedule ($2/hr shift differential for night shift) Some of the duties will include: • Leading and supporting production operators by assigning work, answering questions, and coaching employees throughout the shift. • Monitor production to ensure safety, quality, and output goals are met while minimizing downtime. • Troubleshooting equipment and process issues and work with maintenance or engineering when more complex repairs are needed.
